This page explains how teachers using the Jigyaasa Teacher Corner Android app
(com.ispf.jigyaasa.teachercorner) can request deletion of their account and associated data.
How to request deletion
Email tech@thinktac.com from the email or with the phone number registered in the app, with the subject "Jigyaasa Teacher Corner data deletion request". Please include the phone number used to sign in so we can locate your account.
What data is deleted
- Your teacher profile record (name, phone number, email if provided, classroom associations).
- Your uploaded submission photos and videos.
- Your in-app notifications and activity-completion records.
- Your authentication account for the app.
What may be retained
- Aggregated, de-identified usage analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
- Records we are required to keep for legal or programme-reporting obligations, for the minimum period required.
Timeline
Requests are actioned within 30 days of verification.
